Shipping and delivery

Before activating a market, you must ensure that all countries and regions within that market have a valid shipping profile assigned. Follow the steps below to view shipping configurations for a specific market.

View shipping settings

  1. From your Genstore admin, go to Settings -> Markets.
  2. In the Markets overview page, click the market you want to review.
  3. In the Shipping section, you’ll see the current shipping setup for that market.
  4. Click into the shipping details to view or edit shipping profiles for each region.
